Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a secure, tracked postal service.

If your order is declined by our prescribing team, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
In the event of a damaged or incorrect item being received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the matter promptly.
